So Thankful....

Holy cow I'm on a roll with this blog thing lately! What is up with me? Well, I wanted to just say thank you to everyone who prayed for me this past week. I had my mammogram and ultrasound today and, praise God, they are both "normal". I have a cyst, not cancer. Did I tell you how relieved (and thankful) I am? If not...well, there are no words. Just gratitude beyond description. Maybe it's good to have a little bit of healthy fear every now and then. A little wake up call, so to speak. After all, it was a little healthy fear, a wake up call, that made me realize my need for Jesus all those years ago! Healthy fear reminds me of what is truly important in life. It refocuses me if I am misguided. It makes me focus on Him. It's not enjoyable. But, maybe it's necessary every now and then.

So, I was watching a video blog of a pastor from Dallas that I follow. And, his blog lead me to a few You Tube links and before you know it....I am watching this video. Definitely food for thought. (Make sure you turn off the music at the bottom of this page).
